Melissa’s beauty journey started as a little girl, inspired by watching her dad create beautiful hairstyles for clients in his salon. Growing up in a salon atmosphere sparked her love for people and their stories. Beginning at Civello and specializing at The Aveda Academy, Melissa crafted expertise over 20 years. Now, she’s a mother of three, and has embraced a new chapter in her life, her own studio! With a focus on creating timeless styles and lived-in haircuts, she brings a warm, personal touch to every client interaction. Melissa’s goal is to make each client’s day as memorable as the childhood moments in her dad’s salon.

COLOURIST

Jen has been colouring hair professionally for over 18 years. Growing up, she was known as the neighborhood kid who loved experimenting with everyone’s hair. She received her training at Toronto’s Aveda Academy and has honed her craft at various luxury salons across Toronto. Jen enjoys collaborating with her clients to discover a hair colour they adore while maintaining the integrity of their hair. Although she specializes in blondes and highlights, she also delights in creating a variety of colours across the spectrum.

MAKEUP ARTIST

Lisa is a freelance makeup artist with 13 years of experience based in Toronto, Ontario. Her passion is bridal, which has led her to start her own business, Lisa Bel Makeup. After she graduated from SOMA the School of Professional Makeup in Toronto, Lisa became certified as a Professional Makeup Artist. She has had the pleasure of working with luxury brands in the industry including Charlotte Tilbury, Mac Cosmetics and even has had the opportunity to work backstage at New York Fashion Week. Lisa’s mission is not only to continue her education in the industry but to provide the best experience to her clients while enhancing their natural beauty.

LASH TECHNICIAN | BROW SPECIALIST

Larissa came to Canada from Brazil in 2016 to expand her knowledge and passion for the beauty industry. She became a lash technician in 2017 and furthered her expertise by specializing in realistic nanobrows, embracing the art of natural-looking enhancements. Larissa strives to create the most beautiful styles that complement and enhance each client’s unique features. Whether it’s through lash lifts and/or extensions, brow lamination, or full-face threading, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exude natural elegance.

What began as a simple love for beauty quickly grew into a career that I truly cherish. For Gigi, beauty is more than a profession, it’s therapy. It brings her joy, creativity, and purpose every day. Her favourite part of what she does is helping clients feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. Vanessa’s passion for hair began early in life leading her to pursue extensive training and certifications in the art of hair extensions and hair treatments. She specializes in the hidden beaded weft and is 4x certified in multiple methods.  She stays up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends, ensuring her clients leave her chair feeling confident & transformed.   Vanessa’s expertise lies not only in her technical skills but also in her ability to tailor each extension to suit her client’s unique needs.
